From the Ground Up
Growing up in the Twin Ports, we've always appreciated the rugged beauty of our region—from the rocky shores of Lake Superior to the iconic Aerial Lift Bridge. We also know firsthand how tough our Northland winters can be on asphalt.
As a Veteran Owned and Operated business, we bring the same dedication, discipline, and commitment to excellence that defined our service to the community. That's why we started Superior Stripe and Seal. We saw too many property owners struggling with cracked, faded parking lots and driveways, often getting poor service or overcharged by contractors who didn't understand our unique climate challenges.
Today, we're proud to be the go-to asphalt maintenance company for businesses and homeowners throughout Duluth, Superior, and the surrounding communities. Every project we complete is a testament to our commitment to quality and our love for the Northland.

Jon "OG" Greene
Founder & President
Jon Greene leads Superior Stripe & Seal with a hands-on approach built on discipline, integrity, and decades of real-world experience. A proud United States Air Force veteran, Jon brings over 30 years of expertise across sales, marketing, construction, and client support. His background allows him to design efficient operations while ensuring every customer receives clear communication, honest pricing, and dependable service. Jon believes great work starts with strong systems, professional crews, and treating every property like it's his own. When he's not working, Jon enjoys relaxing, working out at Crossfit and spending quality time with his family.
Ethan Greene
Co Founder and Operation Manager
Ethan Greene oversees sales and commercial projects and day-to-day logistics to keep every job running smoothly and on schedule. A United States Army National Guard veteran, Ethan brings extensive experience in construction coordination, client relations, and operational planning. His ability to manage timelines, materials, and crews ensures commercial clients receive fast turnarounds and professional results. Ethan is known for his clear communication, reliability, and problem-solving mindset on every project. Outside of work, Ethan enjoys staying fit at the local Crossfit gym, playing golf, cheering on the Minnesota Vikings, and spending time with his family.
Trevor Clark
ADA and Fire Code Compliance Specialist
Trevor Clark works commercial and residential sales, and also manages client relationships while helping oversee projects across the Twin Ports. A current firefighter in Superior, Wisconsin, Trevor is a lifelong Duluth resident and a graduate of the College of St. Scholastica. After traveling extensively, Trevor returned home with a passion for serving his community and contributing to its growth. His background in emergency services brings calm leadership, accountability, and trust to every customer interaction. When he's not working, Trevor enjoys spending time with family, working out, and coaching CrossFit classes.
Hunter Huckbay
Residential Sealcoat Operations
Hunter Huckbay leads our residential sealcoating division, ensuring driveways and neighborhoods receive efficient, high-quality service. A United States Coast Guard veteran, Hunter brings discipline, teamwork, and operational excellence to every project. His leadership style focuses on precision, safety, and delivering consistent results homeowners can trust. In addition to his work with Superior Stripe & Seal, Hunter is a CrossFit coach and lives in Hermantown with his wife. Outside of work, Huck plays golf whenever he gets the chance and in the winter cheers on the Dallas Cowboys and the Alabama Crimson Tide.
DJ Greene
Striping Division
DJ Greene coordinates project logistics and ensures every job runs smoothly from start to finish. With a keen eye for details and strong organizational skills, DJ helps manage timelines, materials, and crew coordination to keep operations running efficiently. His reliable, problem-solving approach and communication style make him an essential part of keeping Superior Stripe & Seal's teams on track and customers satisfied. When he's not on the job, DJ enjoys playing video games and staying active in Crossfit.
